Study Recommends Downtown as Site for New Richmond Coliseum/Arena

The Coliseum Study consultants issued recommendations for the site of a new arena of 14,000 to 15,000 seats to be constructed downtown between 8th and 10th Streets, next to the existing Richmond Coliseum site.
