Richmond.com reports that Forbes.com has created the 2011 list of happiest cities for young professionals in America and Richmond is #15. The eight factors that affect workplace happiness were growth opportunities, compensation, benefits, work-life balance, career advancement, senior management, job security, and whether they would recommend their employer to others.
