Richmond seeks comment on transportation plan

The city of Richmond is holding an open-house workshop today to encourage residents to help shape the city's vision, goals and policies on transportation.
The meeting will be from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Carillon, 1300 S. Blanton Ave., in Byrd Park. It's part of work to update the Richmond Strategic Multimodal Transportation Plan, known as Richmond Connects, by December.
