213 New Jobs Coming to City of Richmond

Governor McDonnell announced on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 that Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. (HDL, Inc.) is investing $4.2 million in its operation in the City of Richmond. HDL, Inc., located in the Virginia Biotechnology Research Park, is expanding its clinical laboratory, diagnostics and clinical trial services, as well as its physician/patient consulting.
