Census 2010 Results: City of Richmond Population is Increasing

Results from the 2010 Census for the Richmond region were released Thursday, February 3, 2011 showing that the city of Richmond's population has increased for the first time in 40 years from 197,790 residents in 2000 to 204,214 in 2010.
